Schedule 1 – Promotion Terms
The Promotion
1. Purchase a new Graphics Card, Motherboard and/or Central Processing Unit from the list in the table below (the “Selected Products”) from 00:01 Central European Time (“CET”) on 10th March 2025 to 23:59 CET on 29th March 2025, (the “Qualifying Period”) from the Participating Retailers listed below and claim a cashback reward.
2. Purchases of multiple Selected Products in a single transaction may be eligible for an additional cashback Boosted Reward as set out in Term 6.

3. The Promotion applies to Selected Products purchased during the Qualifying Period directly from the Retailers listed in the table below.

4. The Promotion is only open to end consumers, natural persons (aged 18 + years), who reside and purchase a Selected Product exclusively in one of the Territories listed in Table 2 above including by purchasing online from a Participating Retailer and for their own use within the Qualifying Period. Employees of Gigabyte, its subsidiaries, their families, agents and other parties directly involved in this initiative are not entitled to participate. Gigabyte ("Gigabyte") reserves the right to verify the eligibility of final consumers and to exclude them if they are not eligible.
5. The Promotion is subject to a maximum of 1 claim per household (address). Only 1 claim may be made per participant. Any double claim attempts found might cause all related promotion claims to be disqualified.
6. Purchases of maximum of one selected Graphics Card and/or maximum of one Motherboard as listed in the Table 1 in a single transaction will be eligible for an additional Boosted Reward of €20.00 when purchased with a Central Processing Unit. For the avoidance of doubt, individual purchases of a Central Processing Unit only will not be eligible for the additional Boosted Reward.
7. Claims for Selected Products purchased which will be resold to a third party are not eligible for this Promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
8. The Promotion is not available on any second-hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock. Products that violate the intellectual property of GIGABYTE or its affiliates in any way, are excluded from the promotion.
9. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Promoter promotions.
10. The claim for cashback must be made between 00:01 CET on 24th March 2025 until 23:59 CET on 4th May 2025, and cannot be made until 14 days after purchase.
How to Claim
11. Claim online by going to https://amdcashback-25q1.gigabyteoffers.com/customer-apply-for-promotion/?country_promotion=12, completing the claim form and submitting it together with a copy of proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number from the Selected Product. You will be asked to provide your personal details including bank details.
12. Proof of purchase should be a legible copy of the retail receipt or invoice clearly showing the retailer name, date of purchase, product name, purchase price and verification of AORUS membership. AORUS membership verification is conducted via the personal email provided during the claim process. The email address used for the claim must match the one registered with the AORUS membership. 13. Once the claim has been received, the participant will automatically receive confirmation of receipt via email from the Promoter, with a second email within 10 working days of such date confirming acceptance or denial of the claim. It is the participant's responsibility to contact the Promoter at gigabyte@promotion-support.com within 12 days of their claim being submitted if email confirmation has not been received. The participant will be notified via email once the claim payout is successful.
14. By participating in this promotion, participants may receive a cashback reward in the form of a monetary value in the local currency of the applicable promotion area. For non-Euro countries, the cashback amounts have been determined based on exchange rates provided by Bloomberg, specifically the ‘close bid rate’ as tracked on the New York Stock Exchange. The final cashback values have been adjusted and fixed as listed in the table below. For Eurozone countries, the cashback amounts are denominated in Euro (EUR) as indicated in the table.

15. The cashback payment will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of claim validation. The Promoter will make a bank transfer to your account in your name which must match the claim you have submitted.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any bank costs incurred relating to any bank transfers of the cashback payment. Accordingly, if your bank charges you, such charges will be deducted by your bank from the cashback amount.
17. If the participant has not received his cashback within 30 days of receipt of claim validation, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact gigabyte@promotion-support.com.
18. The customer has the opportunity to check his claim status on his user profile on https://amdcashback-25q1.gigabyteoffers.com/login-customers/
19. It is the person registering the claim’s responsibility to ensure that the correct bank account details have been recorded; if incorrect information has been provided and the Promoter makes a payment that is rejected or not received by you then the Promoter will not be responsible for re-issuing such payment.
Restrictions
20. Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.
21. If the Selected Product which is the subject of a claim is returned to the seller for any reason the customer’s entitlement to claim cashback is forfeited.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to help validate a claim if there is any uncertain or noncomplete information provided by the recipient.
23. A claim will not succeed if:

- The Selected Product was not purchased within the Qualifying Period from a Participating Retailer
- The claim form was not completed in full
- The proof of purchase was not supplied or was illegible
- The claim was not submitted between 00:01 CET on 24th March 2025 until 23:59 CET on 4th May 2025.
- You have not complied with these terms and conditions.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time, after proper communication and announcement with at least 7 days advance notice if there happen to be malfunctions, disruptions, frauds, viruses or similar incidents and if administration, security, fairness, integrity or the procedure of the Promotion are affected. Additionally, the Promotion may close at the Promoter's discretion based on available inventory and operational considerations.
Personal data
25. During registration for the Promotion you will need to provide your personal data necessary for Gigabyte to administer the Promotion. You will find more information in the privacy policy: https://profile.gigabyte.com/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. In addition to using your personal data for the Promotion, Gigabyte also asks your consent for Gigabyte to send marketing materials such as surveys regarding Gigabyte branded products, newsletters and/or advertisements from Gigabyte. You are not obliged to do so.
If you wish to correct, modify, or delete your personal data, you may do so through the settings in your profile in the applicable platform. Where profile settings are not accessible/applicable, or if you wish to raise a complaint /question on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Manager at mydata@gigabyte.com
General
26. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for lost claims. The Promoter will reject claims received after the closing date and those which it reasonably considers to be incomplete, illegible or fraudulent.
27. Any claims for damages to GIGABYTE and its employees or vicarious agents in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. The terms of conditions as well as the participation itself are subject to the local law. Place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
28. By entering this Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend them without notice in the event of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If the participant does not accept the change of the conditions of participation, he can withdraw his claim by contacting the support team via gigabyte@promotion-support.com.
